In Danylo Apostol&#8217;s birth village of Velyki Sorochyntsi, Poltava Oblast, stands a bust of the 18th century Hetman. <\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">A seated statue of Nicola Tereshchenko was erected in Hlukyv to remember his outstanding service as mayor and the family&#8217;s generosity over the years to the people of Hlukyv, SUMY Oblast.
