Chervone Palace<\/span><\/b> <\/span>is located in Chervone, a <\/span><\/span>small settlement of Andrushevsko, which is located in the Zhytomir area approximately half way <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

between Andrushevsko and Berdichev. Until the XVIII century, it as well as the entire district of Chervone belonged to the Tishkevichev <\/span><\/p>\n

family. Subsequently, it was passed to the Grokholsky magnates. Somewhere in first half of the XIX century, Adolf Grokholsky <\/span><\/p>\n

constructed there a big three-tier, quadrangular palace in Neo-Gothic style. Soon after Adolf Grokholsky’s death, his widow sold <\/span><\/p>\n

Chervone<\/strong><\/span> Palace<\/span> <\/span>(together with a local sugar factory) to Fedor Tereshchenko. <\/span>??<\/span>restchenko<\/span> and his brother Nicola, were not only <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0well-known industrialists \u00a0but were also reknowned patrons of the arts. <\/span>??<\/span>restchenko<\/span> essentially reconstructed the palace in <\/span>Chervone<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0and the structure became asymmetrical as a result. <\/span><\/p>\n
